Maui’s newly renovated Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, is dramatically cementing its status as a high Hawai’i culinary vacation spot with 5 reimagined eating places, together with a revamped Botero Lounge; Olivine, a chef-inspired Italian eating addition helmed by Government Chef Ryan Urig; and Grand Wailea’s award-winning flagship seafood venue, Humuhumunukunukuapua’a.

Setting its sights even larger, the Grand Wailea has introduced a brand new culinary partnership with the globally-celebrated restaurant idea, Nobu. Set to launch on the Maui resort in summer season 2025, Nobu at Grand Wailea will broaden the property’s gastronomic choices with Nobu’s first location within the Hawaiian islands.

Designed by the famend structure and design agency Rockwell Group, the debut of Nobu at Grand Wailea is a pivotal component within the resort’s in depth $350 million rejuvenation effort by proprietor, Blackstone Actual Property. Nobu will neighbor signature restaurant, Humuhumunukunukuapua?a, which re-launched in 2023.

Nobu at Grand Wailea will supply over 13,000 sq. toes of indoor and alfresco eating areas, with a devoted sushi bar, complemented by putting murals and panoramic Pacific ocean views. The restaurant will highlight Nobu-signature dishes resembling the long-lasting Black Cod with Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño, alongside the acclaimed sushi synonymous with the model.
